    locality. A crowd of young boys gather together and dress themselves up so as to avoid recognition. They have some musical instruments (ang) any) and they go from house to house playing music and dancing and they sing the wren boys' song.
    The song is:The wren, The wren, the king of all birds, it was on St Stephen's day he was got in the furze.
    Up with the kettle and down with the pan,
    If you don't give me something,
    I will bury the wren
    They they get some money and go to the next house and so on. When the day is up they divide equally what they have collected.
