    5. O my Jesus I know I have to die but I know not when or how or where but if I die in mortal sin I am lost for ever. O Jesus! have mercy upon me.
    6. A prayer against all Sicknesses.
    O Jesus, the Almighty God, pardon us during this present danger. Pour on us Thy most precious blood we beseech thee O' Lord.
    O most chaste Virgin Mary, mother of God, Queen of angels, grant us purity of body and soul. O Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to thee. Amen.
