    Put a cobweb on the cut.
    15. To cure whooping Cough.
    A married couple who before marriage had the same surname can give the cure of the chin-cough. Someone on the patients behalf can call on them and explain that he is seeking a cure. Then they give him something for the patient to eat. This is supposed to cure.
    16. Cure for a sprain:
    One of a family of seven sons without a daughter or seven daughters without a son can cure a sprain by rubbing it with holy water.
