About a hunt that has took place in this country
To meet the men of famed Armagh the Connons sports did plan.
Brave Donelly and he's heroes came about two dozen strong.IIAlthough the morn was murky and the rain was falling fast.
These gallant sportsmen came along all in the best of mirth.
The Connons party welcomed them with cheers that rent the air
You'll find they met with men, and dogs quite fit to hung a hareIIIThe hunters call was heard my boys before the day cleared up
And every sportsmen old and young assembled on the sport.
