- Once there was a man going to town to sell turf and when he was coming home he was drunk and he slept in the cart. There was a coal-mine on his way home. When he was passing the coal mine a man told the horse to stop and then he took the man down the mine.
When he wakened up he asked the men where he was and they said he was in Hell. The man took him out of the coal mine and he went home.
Next Sunday he went to church and the Minister's sermon was on hell. he said "Out of hell there is no redemption" and the man said That is a lie for I was in hell last week and I got out.- Collector
