before the sermon was over. When he came outside the gate he sat down and took off his boots and tied them to his shoulders and started to run to where the sports were held. When he was about two or three miles on the road he met a Mackpie and he was in great despair of winning any prizes that day. So he went to the sports field and entered for some of the events and in the end not withstanding all the running he had done he ran ten miles more and won three prizes and walked the nine miles home that night.
