- There was once a priest living in the mountains and he would give rain and dry weather as often as he liked. There was another priest and he could do nothing for the people. They told the bishop about him and they threw him out. They got another priest who gave them water and dry weather as often as they liked. One Sunday he said from the altar "it is time for us to get rain we had a month of dry weather." One man stood up and he said he had not all the work done. Two other men stood up and they wanted it. The priest said "I cannot please you all but let it fall now.
