    Churning.
    In olden times people used to churn milk by a pitcher. People milk the cows every morning and every evening. Then they bring in the milk and skim it into a clean basin Then it is left there for twenty-four hours and then it is churned. When it is churned it is taken out by hand and put on a dish and is salted and then it is made into rolls or prints.
