    The potato crop
    Nearly all farmers grow potatoes around the district.They are usually planted in drills made with a spades which were made of wood was made by the smith.The spades are now made and the factories and sold in the shops. The ground is prepared by the farmers for the potatoes first.It is manufactured then it is plouged and harrowed. My father sows an acre of potatoes every year. The amount varies some years
