- In this parish there is a holy well named "Cill Brigde". Any prayers can be said at this well but especially prayers are said in honour of Saint Bridget. The water of this well is said to cure sore eyes. The tradition of this well is that an old blind man was passing by and he laid down by this well and fell(continues on next page)
