    Trout basket: deep, wide at the bottom, sloped to mouth.
    Trap basket: top head made of white twigs dyed bismark brown.
    Pot basket: made the shape of a flower pot.
    Bread basket: basket made specially for carrying of bread.
    Twigs when cut off stock and replanted grow again, three years later you have a stock called a pitcher.
    Twigs are sorted by length.
    Green stock twigs are used in the making of scollops and bows for skeps.
    Willows are cut a certain time of the year and ponded for whitening. In three months they're fit to whiten. They are then dried and working you wet
