You should never pick flowers on May Eve, or May Day.St John's Day. = Some people go to Wether's well on that day. On St. John's Eve bonfires are lit. St. Martin's Day. = It is an old saying you should draw some blood. In olden times the blood was kept, and it was a cure for a pain in the side.
