    on his neck & had all the other soldiers flew through for to get gates to go upon their horses necks to be the same as Jack but when they come near to where the other army where Jack halted for to get a feed so he got down & took the gate off of his horse & made a fire & started for to roast the leg of mutton. All the other soldiers did the same but an old dog come from the other camp & it stole Jack's leg of mutton & Jack whipped a lighting stick out of the fire and took out after the dog & all the other soldiers did the same & took out after Jack & when the opposite army saw as they thought the whole country afire they flew away
