"Your work is" he said to plough what a greyhound would piss over in the day" & when an ould lady would cry cawk in the corner to throw her out in the dung hill so Bill went on to this man & when the greyhound came out in the morning Bill had the horses yoked in the field & the greyhound never stopped & he couldn't plough it out in a year so when Bill come in to his dinner the ould lady cried cawk & he threw her out in the dung hill & again he come back the greyhound had the dinner ate so the next day Bill got sorry & the gentleman pulled a piece of skin from the top of his head to the sole of his foot.
