The giant drew his sword and made a charge at Jack but Jack went back for his walking-stick. He then went towards the giant and they fought a great duel, but after a time Jack got the better of him and laid him out with his walking-stick. But all Jack's troubles weren't over yet. When he had he giant laid out, out comes another big giant with two heads, and saw the other giant lying dead on the ground, and got furious.
