    One being buried there. There is no mention of children having been buried there. There are two blackthorn bushes by the side of it. No stories of music being heard or of lighs on it being seen are to be found
    7. Lisduff Lisin: About a quarter of a mile on the Ballindine side of Scardaune in the village of Lisduff (Lios Dubh) which took its name from this Lisín. The sides of it are black and the land near it is also black it is four feet high and round. There are trees round it. No children were buried there. There is a hole half way through it. A man once cut a tree near it and it is said that he was pulled out of his bed at night and made leave back the tree again. An old woman said she saw a light there. It is said that the Danes built this lisín. It is also said that there is hole down in the ground and that the lisín was built over it to cover it. It is situated on Patrick Brannicks land. No music was ever heard there or cats seen there.
