It is then left for two days working and bubbling. After two days and two nights it is again placed on the still. This is called
"hilte". Another barrel is placed convenient and a copper tubing called a "worm" leading from the still on the fire to the barrel. It is then boiled on a slow fire and the reason for this is that the steam running through the copper makes the whiskey. It is then ready for use.- Bailitheoir
