It generally grows in forts and lioses. It blooms in April or in May. They used to pull it and then break the top of the stem, they then folded or rolled the stem on itself down to the other end, thus squeezing out the white milk-like juice and they then rubbed it on to the sore or boil. - The forget-me-not was picked and used for curing corns.
