  1. Very few people know how to make boxty bread now a days and still fewer can eat it.
    It is made by grating some raw potatoes and mixing them with some flour. The mixture is then made into dough with water.
    It is baked over a slow fire, and when it is baked it is very hard looking bread. The old folk used to make it long ago for Hallow Een.
