“Once upon a time there lived an old man who went by the name of Bill of the Hills.”
(continued from previous page)reached the man's house to took the dog from the bulls ring and put in his bag. He had taken with him the stake which kept the bull in the yard and went to the mans door. He was asked the man what was in the bag and he said he used to be short of food in those two days. If you could give one my pay and a corner of bread that I might not be hungry. So he got his pay and the corner of bread for Bill as he thought. Bill didn't want it at all but he knew the dog was hungry and that was why he wanted the bread and he got is pay and slept for a week.- Collector
