did the return journey in a shorter time and found the money the man told him about.
Pat Breen, or "Patsy" as he was locally called, was a great mower. He lived in Derrynalicka. There are two meadows near the Protestant Church in Kilmurry. One is a "Paddock" of one acre and 5 perches. He commenced cutting it at 8 oclock one harvest morning and had it finished at 4 oclock in the evening. The other at the opposite side of the road contains three acres one rood and thirty nine perches. He began to cut it one harvest morning at 8 oclock, and had it finished at 4 oclock the second day.
