    When the Holy Family were passing a cave the Blessed Vergin suggested that they should go in and sit down.
    When they went in a spider came and wove his web over the mouth of the cave.
    The soldiers came and when they saw the web they passed by.
    When they knew that the soldiers were gone a good bit they came out of the cave and sat down.
    The Blessed Vergin saw a tall plant growing on the ground. She asked Saint Joseph what was that plant.
    Saint Joseph said that was a tobacco plant and he added there will be more thought about that plant by and bu than about you and me.
    And that is so many men would give anything for a bit of tobacco and would pass no (through?) about God.
