    Dywer than took the pistols which he carried and threw them away.
    Dywer remained in Humewood about ten days. He was then taken to Dublin. Mr. Hume was very annoyed when he found out that Dywer was to be transported, and although he did everything in his power to obtain for Dywer a free pardon, yet he was denied.
