- The general shape of Kill graveyard is round. It slopes towards the East. Inside the entrance gate the Cross of the Church which exists in the graveyard is still to be seen.

If a stone is thrown into a hole in one of the graves a hollow sound may be heard and it is the general belief that a vault exists there
The Church, of which the ruins still exist, is believed to have been built by St. Patrick. At the Epistle side of the place where the altar was, there is a crevice in the wall in which, in all probability, the cruets were kept. Inside in the Church there are large trees growing, and this gives a good proof of its age.
Inside in the Church there is a broken, tomb belonging to the Wiltans.
Beside the grave belonging to Fr. Smith is a bush covered with hankerchiefs.
