Ar an leathanach seo
- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)the Chapel the Lunny family lived. While at the end of the townland lived Bradys. The people there were a long time there. When they died there was no one to replace them and so the houses fell for want of repairing.
It is not very hilly. There is no wood in it, but there is one beside it named Cloverhill wood. There is a big lake in the townland. The Red Island Bog is in the townland. It got its name in the Penal Days. A Priest was hiding in the Bog. He was shot there and his blood streamed down in some places. The track was there for some time. Since then it has been called Red Bog.
