    The young generations wonder -- why!-- the black tarred walls! Only two men still living in Castlerea can tell and remember their use.

  2. The Mollie McGuires did cruel and unjust acts. For instance, they cut off the tales of cattle, they scattered pins on a farm of grazing pasture at Southpark-- resulting in the dead of four dumb animals.
