- The goosey girlOnce upon a time there was a princess who was getting married to a prince that lived far away. Before she went to his palace her mother gave her jewels and other beautiful things. She gave her a horse that could talk. As she was going along to the prince's house she got very thirsty and she said to her servant "will you get a drink for me". The servant said "If you want it get down and get it yourself. The princess got down and took the drink. She went along again and she got thirsty; she called her servant, but the servant said "Get it yourself". She got down and as she was drinking, the servant took all her jewels off her and put her clothes on herself. She gave her clothes to the princess and made her the servant.
