If a person fell and sprained his leg or his arm, and if he got a sprain thread from a weaver and tie it on the part of the leg or the arm that was sprained and they would be cured.
Another cure for a sprain was to take the skin of an eel and tie it around the part of the leg or the arm that was sprained, and it would cure it.
    Chin cough
If a person had the chin cough he would get ferretts leavings, and drink it.
