    climb up a tree that was near. He ran to the tree and climbed it. When the giant came he saw no sight of the coffin or of the man. After a while he looked up in the tree and who did he see but the man above in it.
    He said to another man that was near to get a saw and hatchet, so the man did. The two started to knock the tree to kill the man that was above in it. They had it knocked to one rub of the saw when the cock crew. The hatchet and saw fell from their hands and the two men disappeared. Then the man came down out of the tree and went home, but he never went to a fair after that.
