  1. Ballynattin is a townland outside Tramore. About 90 years ago there was a family named Kirwan lived there. One of the sons was known as the Sheevra because he was so old and wizened. He could cure disease and people came from far and near to get cured. He never went out but he could tell everything that happened in the country around. He was very fond of whiskey. One day he asked his brother to bring a bottle of whiskey from the town. On his way back the brother thought he would take a drop of the whiskey "Shure said he "the old Sheevra wont know" Just as he was putting the bottle to his lips it was knocked up out of his hand and
