  1. In the girls playground there are several games played. High Windows, Round the Green Gravel. Chickely Chick Churn the Milk. The Hounds and the Hare, Hide and go Seek.
    The boys play marbles in spring. A game called Duck in the winter time.
    High Windows- The children form a ring, hand held high. One child stands outside and walks round the ring three times counting the children as she goes the last time whoever ten lights on is the tigger. off they start the second girl chasing after the first in and out the windown and when caught she returns and the second girl has the choice. She chooses another girl +off they go again
    Round the Green Gravel
    Children form a ring and run round singing Round the green gravel the grass grows green Many a lady is fit to be seen Dressed in silk and washed in milk The last pops down. All make a dash to the first sitting down and whoever is the very last down is the tigger.
