    At any rate sometime over 200 years ago the Catholic population found themselves without a church, and a good and noble Protestant man named Pattew gave the plot for Massmount Church. When he died the grateful priest asked the people that he should be carried shoulder high all the way to Rosnakill church-yard. Myles Sweeny Mother's grandfather and Hugh McAlter made all the up-rights or supports for the gallery. The windows were all made by hand.
