to heaven and when he turned back again the leaf was there. This book is preserved in the Musuem in Dublin. It is called the "Soisgeal Molaise." It was left in the charge of an O'Meehan family where it was kept until about eighty years ago. It was afterwards sold to a landlord for £60:0:0 and then sent to a the Museum in Dublin. Long ago people used to swear by this book, and it was said that if a person swore a lie on this book, he would go mad.
