    and he dreamt that night of a neighbouring man who had died years before. He thought he was speaking to him and he told him not to interfere any more with their shelter.
    At another time he went to a cow at twelve o'clock and he saw a beautiful glass house in the fort.
    One night as he was coming home from Listowel and as he was crossing the fort two lighted candles stood on the ass's ears. He then saw a crowd of people carrying a coffin. After a short time they all disappeared. At first he paid no attention, but in a few minutes it was repeated. He got his ass, and he saw two girls dressed in white each holding a lighted candle.
