  1. You Irish patriots we are victorious
Our flag is floating o'er Longford town
Our victory is sublime and glorious
Against Carsons forces and England's crown
Tho' the Redmond traitors once more betrayed us
    Partition's scheme is renewed again.
But we'll have our own land as free as Poland
Three cheers for Ireland and up Sin Fein.
Let us remember brave Pearse and Colbert
Their blessed home are rejoiced to see
The power of England all smashed and broken
Not to be restored for eternity
Tho' they shot our leaders and men deported
Their threats and boastings were all in vain
For we've guns and bayonets for Irish soldiers
Three cheers for Ireland and up Sin Fein.
When the news was taken unto the Kaiser
That poor old Erin defied her foe
There was joy in Berlin 'mongst the Prussian statesmen
