  1. Old cures
    A cure for warts is to get a small potato and cut in two and rub it on the wart 3 times a day till the wart is gone. A full half should be used each time.
    A cure for a blast
    A cure for a blast is (commonly called a chill) on a cows elder is to place mallus and unsalted butter in a pot and boil for few minutes. Then starin the contents into a vessel where it will set and form a jelly. When rubbed on the affected area, the jelly will speedily effect a cure.
    A cure for ringworm
    A cure for ringworm is to rub the effected part 3 times a day with a gold spoon.
