    If a cow calved on Easter Sunday it was said to be very unlucky. People would not kill a pig or spill any blood on Friday. A person born on the 1st of April would it is said be a fool for the rest of his life. It is unlucky to open a grave on Monday. If a person be buried on a Monday at least one sod is taken off the grave on Sunday.
    It is very lucky to be born on Christmas Night or on Good Friday and baptized on Easter Sunday.
