  1. There is not much lore connected with the fields I know about. There is a field not far from my home and Ned Ward told me that long ago when the man who owned it was ploughing it he said he would plough this piece of waste ground that was never ploughed before. But the minute he put the plough in that part of the ground every animal he had died even the cat on the float died.
