  1. Long ago there was a man and he was sentenced for life in prison
He lived for several years in prison and all he was eating was a crust of loaf bread
The jail master wondered what was keeping him alive so long.
So he thought that it might be the crust of bread and he decided to give him the inside of the loaf.
When the man was eating the inside of the loaf for a few days he died.
So it was said that this man would live to be a very old if he kept eating the crust of the loaf bread.
