    the farmer went out. Up he got and went over to the bed and took up a sheet and put it over himself. Then he went into the farmers bedroom When he farmer saw the figure and the sheet, he fainted. When he came to John asked him for his wages. The farmer thought it was a ghost that was in it for he said he killed John. The farmer gave John a hundred pounds. Then John went home and lived happy with his father ever after.
