    The following prayer can be said anytime:-
    "I must die, I do not know when, how or where but if I die in mortal sin, I am lost forever more". "Jesus have mercy on me", (three times,) Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for me a sinner now and at the hour of my death, Amen".
    When going to bed say:-
    "Oh Good Angel Guardian, to whose care I am committed by the goodness of God,
    Enlighten, defend, protect and govern me from sin and danger this night Amen".
