  1. There are no fairs in Fahan. The nearest fair is held in Burnfoot. Burnfoot fair begins at ten o'clock on the last Tuesday of every month. There are a lot of animals sold at it. They are horses, cattle, bonhams, sheep and calves.
    The horses stay at the Post Office on the Bray Road, and some at Burnfoot School. The cattle stay in a park. The bonhams are kept in carts. Some sheep are kept tied to a hedge in the park, and some are loose. The calves stay in pens.
