  2. Once upon a time there lived a man in Lahinch. He was very old and feeble. This night he got sick and sent for the priest. When the priest came he told him sprinkle the Holy Water around the room nine times because he had seen a Ghost and when the pries had the Holy Water sprinkled the Ghost said to the priest "You will be dead in nine days" and when the nine days were up he died.
