- Ghosts - There was a man by the name of Lar Ennis living down there where Bob Whitty is living now. He died with lumps in his neck. The night he died, several people met a turkey cock going along the road, and some of them tried to catch him but they couldn't. An ould woman by the name of Mag Coughlan threw out her shawl over him, but 'twas no good. Just then word came that Lar Ennis was dead; and they all knew that the turkey cock was ould Larry's spirit going off.
