- They was three brothers in it wan time:- Jim, Jack and Perley. They was living in a small cabin; they said they'd go seek their fortune. So they didn't know what they'd do would Perley he was so small.
So they travelled away that night, an they didn't know where they'd get lodging. So begor they saw a big giant's house an they said they'd go look for lodging there. There was no wan adin but an oul woman. Well she said if I give ye lodging an the giant cum home he'll kill ye she says. So says wan fellow to d'others, says he we may's well stay whatever way 'twill go.
