  1. There was a farmer wan time, lives ni this part of the country be the name o' Sean Walsh.
    He was a good [?] soart of a man an worked his bil-o' land well so he did.
    He had two daughters Mary an Ellen, an two good hard workin girls they were too. Sean of coorsi was anxious to get 'em settled ni snug places, an was proud he was when this night-a boy from the niil-lowrs land be the name of Buck Ryan rambled ni.
    Sean had a great likin for Buck for he thought-he would be a very suitable match for Mary (for she was the girl that was [?]-lo the dure).
