    Englishman at a stream which crossed the main road about one mile north of the city of Galway. The Englishman spoke to Tioboid and asked the way to Castle Burke. Tioboid asked him what business he had there. The Englishman told him. Then Tioboid said that that he was the man he was looking for but he said he would not sign the claim until he first proved that he was the best swordsman. Then he challenged him to fight. They both drew their daggers and the fight
