  2. Seán was by trade a shoemaker. It must be said that he did not work too hard at his trade. When he had made some money by a few day's work, he spent the next two or three days in wasting it. If ever there was a fair or a dance, he was sure to be there, and what money he had went quickly. Seán found that for a little fun he had to do a great deal of work, and he would have liked to make money
