- The games I play are hide and go seek, skipping, playing a top or help chain tick. The way hide and go seek is played. Twelve or thirteen girls get in a line and one counts.
"Hiding go seek
The men are asleep.
The butcher the baker the candlestick maker,
All of them rode out of a rotten potato
Take your hook and pop off.
Whether you like it or not safe or ever."
The person that ever falls on is out and so on till it is finished and then who ever is last in the line, she has to seek. Then all the others go off and hide. The one who is seeking shouts "Cook" three times and follows the rest. Whoever is caught last has to hide and then follow the rest and so on till the game is finished.
