“There is a graveyard in Derryhog for burying unbaptised children.”
There is a graveyard in Derryhog for burying unbaptised children. The old people say that if you happen to go into it at night you are sure to go astray. There are only a few stones around it to make the place.
There is a stone in the centre of the graveyard and there is a Lough beside the graveyard and a mare came up out of the Lough and she foled above on the stove and the track of her hoof is on the stone yet and herself and the foal disappeared into the Lough again and the water that lodges on that stone will cure warts on people.- Collector
